Start your morning with movement, fresh air, and good vibes at Frankie Martin’s Garden! Join us for Pilates in the Garden, a 45-minute full body workout led by Kaitlyn Unland, taking place outside on our turf lawn.

This energizing class is designed for all ability levels, so whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned pro, you’re welcome to jump in and move with us. Expect a fun playlist, a great workout, and the perfect way to kick off your weekend.

After class, stick around, relax in the garden, and grab a drink or bite from one of our vendors.

Kick off your Saturday with an energizing outdoor workout on the turf lawn at Frankie Martin’s! Join F45 Dardenne Prairie South for a 45-minute full-body session designed to get your heart pumping and

 muscles working.

This functional, hybrid workout blends strength and cardio through 10 stations, giving you a dynamic and effective training experience. You’ll move through intervals of 40 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest, completing 1 set and 4 laps of each exercise—all aimed at maximizing calorie burn and building muscular endurance.

Whether you’re a fitness regular or just getting started, this workout is designed for all fitness levels and ages.
